Shipping timelines
Orders placed before 6 pm leave the roastery the next morning.

Express delivery (same day in Dubai and Sharjah) is AED 25 at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Fourteen days, no forms to print.

Send your order number on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery.
- 02We collect
A courier collects unopened bags and unused gear from your door, free of charge.
- 03Refund or swap
Refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Exchanges ship the next morning.
Opened coffee cannot be returned, but if a bag disappoints, tell us and we will make it right.
Payment methods
All prices are in dirhams and include 5% VAT.
- Apple Pay and Google PayOne tap at checkout on a supported phone or browser.
- Credit and debit cardsAll major cards, processed by a licensed UAE payment gateway.
- Tabby and TamaraSplit the total into interest-free instalments on orders over AED 100.
- Cash on deliveryPay the courier in cash or by card at the door.
Frequently asked
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag ships within 24 hours of roasting and carries the roast date on the label.
Can you grind it for me?
Yes. Add a note at checkout with your brew method and we grind just before sealing.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Not yet. We deliver to all seven emirates only.
Can I change an order after paying?
Message us before 6 pm on the day you ordered and we will change it before roasting.
Do you supply cafés and offices?
Yes, from 5 kg a month, with a fixed roast day. Choose “Wholesale” on the contact form.
