- Secrets: API, database and payment keys hidden from the browser and the repo
- Access: every page and API checks who is signed in, and users only see their own data
- Payments: webhooks verified, prices set on the server
- Input and uploads: no injection, safe file handling
- AI features: prompt-injection tests, spending caps, and an "I'm an AI" notice on chatbots
- Abuse: rate limits on login, forms and AI calls
- Data: backups that restore, a privacy notice that matches reality
- Speed and quality: mobile performance and the main user journeys, in English and Arabic
