Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your use of our website and services. Last updated: June 2026.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website TheSupplier.ae and the services offered by TheSupplier.ae ("TheSupplier", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. About us & our services
TheSupplier.ae is a B2B business solutions company based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, providing: (a) procurement & strategic sourcing; (b) digital services (websites, e-commerce, marketing and software); and (c) business consultancy. Our procurement and digital services are available internationally; our business consultancy services are offered to UAE-based clients only.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to: misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data; or use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.
3. Enquiries, requirements, RFQs & quotations
Submitting an enquiry, requirement, selected products or a request for quotation ("RFQ") through this website is a request for information and does not constitute a binding order or contract. Any quotation we provide is an invitation to proceed and is subject to confirmation, availability, supplier terms and the date of issue. Prices, lead times and specifications are indicative and may change. A binding agreement is formed only once the scope, pricing and terms of a specific engagement are confirmed in writing between you and TheSupplier.ae.
4. Third-party suppliers & products
For procurement and sourcing, we act as an intermediary that identifies, vets and coordinates suppliers and logistics partners on your behalf. Products are manufactured and supplied by third parties; product specifications, quality standards, warranties, delivery times and customs/duties are subject to the relevant supplier and carrier terms and applicable law. We will use reasonable care to source reliable suppliers and coordinate quality and delivery, but we do not manufacture the goods ourselves.
5. Bookings & communications
Meeting bookings and certain forms are handled through third-party tools (such as Calendly and HubSpot). By using them you also agree to those providers' terms. We will use the contact details you provide to respond to your request.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the TheSupplier brand and mark, layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to TheSupplier.ae and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general information. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information is complete or fit for a particular purpose. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSupplier.ae and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheSupplier.ae against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.
10. Confidentiality
We treat client information with strict confidentiality and professional discretion, and we will enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on request, in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and links do not imply endorsement.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
